congrats - the NDP were considered the contenders in 3 out of 4 byelection races tonight. They also came 2nd in 2 others.
They had the 2nd highest total number of votes overall - behind the cons. The Bloc total number of votes beat the liberal total number of votes although the Bloc was only running in 2/4 races.
Layton and the NDP rocked!
Just shy of 23% of the total vote in all votes cast in 4 by elections. Thank you
it was a pretty good night for the NDP. Fin will be an awesome addition to the NDP group on the hill. Young, dynamic, good looking, and with great green cred!
